Integrated Mechanical Solutions

Since 1990 we have been specialized in the production of multi-sector precision mechanical parts.

For more than 30 years we have been dealing with mechanical machining on all types of steel as well as on aluminum, titanium and magnesium alloys, and in particular, we are specialized in super-finishes on hardened steels and CuBe alloys (beryllium copper).

The philosophy that has always distinguished us is that the entire production process must be able to be tested and tested in the various stages: only in this way are we able to guarantee and certify the tolerances required by the customer.

We currently employ 25 people of which 9 indirect (management, planning, sales, purchasing, administration, metrology, CAD / CAM programming, communication).

What We Do

Turning

We supply highly complex turned parts based on drawings, both starting from solid and casting, including any treatments. We specialize in super finishing on hardened steels.

Milling

We supply highly complex milled parts to drawings, both starting from solid and casting, including any treatments.

EDM

We work details with the EDM technique, both wire and plunge.

Grinding

We are equipped to grind internal and external diameters, surface grinding and we are able to grind complex shapes such as cams.

Testing

We have two air-conditioned metrological rooms equipped with 4 three-dimensional Zeiss, 2 profilometers and all the technology necessary to monitor internal processes and provide the customer with a certified product.

Reverse Engineering

Thanks to the use of 3D scanning tools and latest generation CAD softwares, we are able to redefine the design process, responding efficiently to market needs. To provide design services for the construction of complex mechanical parts and groups.

Each order corresponds to a bar code on which the material is handled, the markings for the tooling time in order to always have complete control of each process even when the processing is no longer within the company.
To guarantee the precision of our mechanical processing, we have a state-of-the-art air-conditioned metrology room to be able to operate in quality in all production phases.
Operating with machines that perform complex machining on multiple axes continuously, the use of cutting-edge CAD / CAM support technology is essential. The CAMs currently operating at Tor Meccanica are EDGE CAM and FUTURE CAM perfectly interfaced through post-processors with the NCs of the various machines strictly connected to the network.
Since 2002 we have been computerized supported by the GAMMA (for administration and commercial) and NICIM programs for production progress (CAPI markings), material traceability, etc.
