Complex Mechanical Solutions for Automated Machinery

High-speed automated machines require components capable of withstanding high accelerations and constant loads.

Tor Meccanica positions itself as a technical partner for OEMs, providing components machined with extreme accuracy to ensure the integrity of automation systems. We manage the entire supply cycle, from raw material processing to heat and surface treatments.

Our production capacity allows us to manufacture machined bases, precision brackets, and kinematic transmission systems that ensure smooth movement and reduced operating noise. The integration of CNC turning and milling enables us to deliver mechanical assemblies ready for installation, reducing internal logistics times for the end customer.

In a global market where production speed makes the difference, mechanical reliability is your best competitive advantage. Our drawing-based machining processes guarantee perfect part interchangeability, facilitating assembly operations and worldwide after-sales technical support.

Our workshop is the ideal operational arm for your industrial automation projects, offering consistent quality for both small and large batches.

  • Services: Precision machining based on drawings, treatment management (hardening, nitriding, anodizing).

  • Applications: Industrial robotics, assembly lines, pick-and-place systems.

Technology Inside

Each order is assigned a barcode used to track material movements and record setup times, ensuring full control over every process even when the machining is no longer handled in-house.
To guarantee the precision of our mechanical machining, we feature a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled metrology room to ensure quality throughout all production stages.
When operating machines that perform complex continuous multi-axis machining, the use of cutting-edge CAD/CAM support technology is essential. The CAM systems currently operational at Tor Meccanica are EDGE CAM and FUTURE CAM, perfectly interfaced via post-processors with the CNC units of the various machines, all strictly networked.
Since 2002, we have been supported by the GAMMA software (for administration and sales) and NICIM for production progress tracking (CAPI markings), material traceability, and more.
